Immaculate Heart of Mary
Parish Mission Statement
Jesus
tells us: “You shall love the Lord, your God, with all
your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the
greatest and first commandment. The second is like it: You shall love
your neighbor as yourself.” (Matthew 22:37-39) Through Mary,
our patroness, we follow Jesus, the leader of our parish family.
We, as the parishioners of Immaculate Heart of Mary, believe that the parish family is the focal point of the Christian community because of God’s love for us. The parish family, therefore, must create, maintain, nurture and foster an environment that will allow and assist its members to reach their full potential through growth in the knowledge and image of Christ in every facet of their life.
Our parish family strives to fulfill its mission through celebration of Eucharist, service, support, and ministry to all people around the world. This requires lifelong education of its members, faithful stewardship of the church and its mission, and active participation.
