Hello, and welcome to the art page authored by yours truly, Michael. I have studied at Immaculate Heart of Mary for nine or ten long hardworking years. What I have displayed for you is the art work I have done over the past three years in middle school at Immaculate Heart of Mary. I hope you enjoy my art page and the art pages of my fellow students. |

(Above) The picture above is my final oil painting. It was labeled by Mrs. Joyce as the recycling painting because I used other colors that people were going to throw away so nothing would be wasted. It took many long hours to finish and is not something to blow off until the last minute. I even had to come back to school to finish it. |
(Above) This picture was just a free sketch that included a stick figure and his thoughts. It took approximately ten minutes. I never thought that Dr. Maynord would accept this because it was just a stick figure but he did and I was very happy about this acceptance. There isn't much else to say about this piece of art work, but I will say that I enjoyed making it. |

(Left) This picture combines my old stick figure and my layering tiles. I did this to see if I could make a layering square sequence around my old very common stick figure. I now realize that this was made out of boredom and I will never make a thing like it again. This was displayed at the Immaculate Heart of Mary school art fair. If you didn't see it there you're seeing it now. I end my page and my year now with the following messages: do well in school, keep your grades up, work hard, strive for better, do work when its assigned not after it is due, and remember better is the enemy of good but better is always better. |
